Order Process

Ordering through our website is easy:

  1. Visit product page
  2. Select product specification (paper, size, color ,quantity, etc.)
  3. The price is automatically displayed as you make your selections.
  4. Upload your file on the product page
  5. Add product to cart.
  6. Checkout
  7. You will receive an email with your digital proof.
  8. Review your proof carefully (note that approving a proof sends your print job to press, and changes cannot be made afterward.)
  9. Once satisfied, click "approved" . 
  10. Your job will be forwarded to production.

Creating an account lets you receive updates about your order through email or by phone. Without your information on file, we will not be able to contact you if we have questions or clarifications about your order.

We do not accept orders with offensive, indecent, and sensitive content (e.g., nudity, violence, etc.). Any material that’s illegal or that violates the rights of any third party will not be printed. Read more about accepted artwork files on our Terms & Conditions page.

We offer instant online pricing on our products. You will see the price of your order on the Product Order page. Do note that this may change depending on the product specifications you select (paper, size, color, quantity, etc.). You can also request custom quotes for your custom print jobs by clicking the link "Get a Custom Quote" on every product page or going directly to our Custom Quote page.

No, sorry. Orders can only be placed via our website or email: info@nyprintingcenter.com.

If you are in a rush to receive your order, make sure to submit it before our cut-off time. Place your order and upload your press-ready files by 1:00 p.m. EST so we can line it up for the next day’s production.

Our site is protected by SSL technology, so all online transactions on our site are completely secured and encrypted for privacy.

Once approved, refunds can take 1-2 business days on our end. It may take within 7-10 business days for the payment to reflect in your card.
