We offer popular sizes, with the 8′ x 8′ being the most popular for smaller venues. You can also order custom sizes. The stand fits banners up to 8′ x 8′, and an extension pole allows for 10′ x 8′ banners. Wider banners accommodate more people for photoshoots and provide more space for your company logos.

Make sure your banners last by picking the right material. Whether you’re using them indoors or outdoors, they should endure elements like wind or water. For long-lasting banners, consider these options:

    • Set up your step and repeat banner stand with these easy steps:

    1. Make sure you have enough space for the banner.
    2. Take the stand components out of the carrying case and organize them.
    3. Attach a side pole to the base or foot of the banner stand, repeating on the other side.
    4. Assemble the horizontal support poles.
    5. Place the vertical poles 8’ to 10’ apart, depending on your banner’s width.
    6. Unroll the banner and position it top-side up between the vertical poles.
    7. Slide the horizontal support pole into the banner’s pole pocket. Connect each end to the top of the side poles.
    8. Extend the vertical side poles slowly until the banner hangs freely at the desired height.
    9. Insert the remaining horizontal support pole into the bottom pole pocket and attach it to the vertical side poles.
    10. If there’s a center support bar, assemble and attach it to the center of both horizontal support poles.

    Step and Repeat Banners FAQs

    Yes, you can. The banner stands are built to be easy to assemble on your own. Before starting, make sure that you have a big enough ground space to put the banner parts together.

    The reason there isn't an option for grommets on a banner with a stand is that grommets are mainly used when hanging banners against a wall. Banners with stands don't need grommets because the stand itself is sufficient to hold the banner in place.

    File should consist of 1/8" bleed and all important art and text must be within the safety margin.
