Make Transactions Easier and Faster With NCR Forms

NCR forms are handy tools to make your business run more smoothly. For those unfamiliar, NCR forms allow you to create one or more copies as you write on them. They’re great for receipts, especially when you need to send multiple copies to different departments or keep personal records of each transaction.

Every industry, from hotels and manufacturing to law firms, pet grooming, catering, and other service-oriented companies, can benefit from using continuous NCR forms. These forms, providing multiple copies, are particularly useful for businesses that meticulously track inventory, like grocery stores, transportation companies, and essential suppliers.

Customize NCR Forms for Your Business

Choose the size and number of parts that best suit your NCR forms’ purpose. Available dimensions include:

  • 4.25” x 5.5”
  • 5.5” x 8.5”
  • 8.5” x 11”
  • 8.5” x 14” for a longer size

We print your NCR forms in black ink or full color. You can print on one side, but if you need more space, you can choose to print on both sides.

Binding options are at the top, right, left, or bottom of the page. Choose the side that fits how you’ll be switching between sets or copies.

Choose the number of parts based on the copies you need:

  • 2-Part set has the original copy in white and a copy in yellow.
  • 3-Part set includes an original white copy and 2 copies in yellow or pink.
  • 4-Part set offers 3 copies in yellow, pink, and gold, with the original form in white.

If you only need one copy or have limited office space, the 2-part option is recommended. For distributing copies to others, the 3- or 4-part option is ideal.

Sequential numbering options help you keep track of your forms for documentation or multiple business forms and receipts. Numbers are printed in black or red ink. You can order as few as 250 sets or as many as 10,000.

Note that ordering in bulk will help you save more in the long run. Your NCR forms will be ready for shipping in 6 days, but there’s a rush order option that reduces production time to 4 days.

How to Print NCR Forms

After choosing the size, number of parts, printed sides, and sequential numbering, you’ll also need to finalize how the NCR forms printing comes together.

Choose the location of your glued edge based on the ease of switching between copies. The glued parts can be on the top, left, right, or bottom of the forms.

Add padding if you need to bind all parts. Padding options include a cardboard back or a booklet with a wrap-around cover. There’s also an option for loose sets if you don’t need all the sets bound together.

Indicate the number of sets per pad, determining how many sets or parts are in one pad. You can choose 25, 50, or 100 sets in each pad.

Finalize your order with the number of pads, ranging from 5, 10, 40 to as much as 200 in one order. The online calculator will show the number of sets you’ll receive based on the sets per pad and pads.

Accepted File Formats

Use CMYK Colors

When you are creating your files, be sure to check the color mode as it should be CMYK, not RGB

Set the black text color to 10% -100% K instead of 4 colors for black text.

Convert all of your fonts & paths to outlines to prevent printing problems (or if we do not have the exact font on our systems).

Image Resolutions

Graphics, images & pictures should be 300 dpi at above for perfect printing result

bleed

Bleed

File should consist of 1/8" bleed and all important art and text must be within the safety margin.
